About the House
Our quaint one bedroom cottage is situated
on a picturesque, sandy lane amidst ancient gnarled live oak trees
and is just a short stroll from the harbor of historic Ocracoke
Village. With 13 miles of undeveloped beaches, history and a creative
community, the island offers an inspiring place for retreat or
recreation.
Though primarily for two people, the
cottage feels spacious with its large deck and large screened
porch. Recently renovated, it features several amenities. Located
on Howard Street, one block from Silver Lake Harbor, its central
location puts the cottage within walking distance of shops, restaurants
and the Lighthouse.
