Information for renters
We ask that our renters respect 58 on
Howard as if it were their own. Since the cottage is of wooden
construction, the grill is forbidden on the screened porch.
At the end of your rental period, please place cleaned dishes
and utensils back where you found them. ALL TRASH IS TO BE REMOVED,
PLASTIC BAGGED AND PLACED IN THE RECEPTACLE found behind the cottage.
Please replace all bedspreads, pillows and furniture to their
original positions.
To help make you stay more pleasant, we have provided you with
a kitchen that is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee
grinder, coffee maker etc.
